Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you carry?
Skunky Runky is designed for tweens ages 8–14. We carry sizes 7, 8, 10, 12, and 14. Check the size guide on each product page for specific measurements to find the perfect fit.
How do your clothes fit — true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed look or sizing down for a fitted style.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes! Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. When in doubt, feel free to contact us and we'll help you find the right size.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.
Are sale items returnable?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All other sale items follow our standard return policy.
Cancellations
How much time do I have to cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@skunkyrunky.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Skunky Runky reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, and a full refund will be issued in such cases.
Products & Care
How do I care for my Skunky Runky pieces?
To keep your pieces looking fresh, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach. Specific care instructions are also listed on each garment's label.
Are your graphics printed or embroidered?
Our graphics are printed using high-quality techniques designed to stay vibrant wash after wash.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system.
