At SKUNKYRUNKY, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with a little bit of magic. Below you’ll find clear details about processing times, shipping methods, delivery windows, tracking, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days. We will always notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • Free Shipping Promotions: Delivery times follow Standard Shipping estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holiday volume.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Your carrier will be selected automatically based on the best available rate and delivery speed for your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@skunkyrunky.com.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Please check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order

  3. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to complete final delivery scans

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@skunkyrunky.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will assist you with next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
